Who am I?

- I'm now 28 and finished with my second of two years teaching english on the incredible island of Ojika, in Japan. I am enjoying the slower pace of life and the amazingly friendly people that give the island its energy. I hope to keep this blog as updated as possible with the experiences and events of my life here in Japan (but I seem to being a poor job of it so far!).

I think you think your voice sounds weird because you're talking about *such* exciting subject matter ("this is the toilet," "these are closets", etc.) But then when yah think about it for a bit, you *are* in JAPAN.
This was a cool idea. Now it seems like I've been to your apartment there, heh.
And FYI, the view out the back of your apartment is the best!
It was good to see your surroundings. Not too bad!!
